LOS ANGELES  – Here we are starting a week full of celebrations, presents, family and Christmas meals. If you want a break from some traditional holiday treats, we have something for you. Alexandra Catalano, certified health consultant, nutritionista and creator of  the popular lifestyle brand Eat Cute shared with us one of her favorite holiday drinks. Read it, make it and enjoy it!

“The holidays are here ! One of my absolute favorite holiday treats is eggnog! However, did you know that just one glass of eggnog was 340 calories? What? Yes… and that not even counting if you add alcohol to it ! Well fear not! You can still enjoy your favorite holiday beverage and perhaps even sneak in a little booze ( shh I won’t tell ) without adding on extra holiday pounds!”
