“The holidays are here ! One of my absolute favorite holiday treats is eggnog! However, did you know that just one glass of eggnog was 340 calories? What? Yes… and that not even counting if you add alcohol to it ! Well fear not! You can still enjoy your favorite holiday beverage and perhaps even sneak in a little booze ( shh I won’t tell ) without adding on extra holiday pounds!”
Cute Vegan Eggnog
Prep time: 5 mins
Total time: 5 mins
1 Banana (frozen)
½ teaspoon Nutmeg
2 cups of UnsweetenedAlmond Milk
2 Pitted Dates
1/2 teaspoon of Cinnamon
In a blender add all the ingredients
Blend until smooth
Add ice if you like it thicker/colder
Drink up and enjoy!!
